Please note: To be eligible for a bonus when depositing by bank transfer, please include the bonus code and your username in the notification email to support@sunmaker.com or write the bonus code on the deposit slip.

A Bank Transfer within the EU is free of charge if you do it in the right way. Contact your Bank for further information.

• Credit Card (Master Card und VISA)

Master Card and Visa are supported. As a promotional offer all Credit Card deposit fees are covered.
All Credit Card transactions will be made from the Account through a direct and secure link with the processor. Upon approval your account will be credited instantly.

The minimum amount per transaction is € 20.00. The maximum amount varies depending on your player status and will be shown when you try to deposit.

If you have a paysafecard you can use it to deposit funds. Just click on the link in the account section after logging in.

If you have a WebMoney account you can use the account to deposit funds. Just click on the link in the account section after logging in.

Withdrawals

If you wish to withdraw money from your players account we will be happy to send you the money without delay. Withdrawals are processed every working day.

Each player is allowed one withdrawal free of charge every 30 days. More requests within 60 minutes are also free of charge. For more frequent withdrawals within 30 days the fee is € 10 or VIP800.

We reserve the right to charge a fee amounting to our own costs (including the cost of the deposit) for withdrawals of funds that have not been put into play.

 If you wish to have money sent to your bank account we would be happy to make the transfer. You only need to make sure that you provide us with your banking details. This can be made on-line from the main account. Please regard that it could take a couple of days until the money arrives on your account.

Starting on January 1st 2007, IBAN is mandatory for all international payments in Euro for all countries in the EU/EEA (European Union/European Economic Area). Therefore please provide your IBAN in bank info to enable us to process your bank withdrawal.

IBAN is an acronym, which stands for International Bank Account Number. If you don’t know your IBAN we suggest you request it from the bank or find it on your bank statement.

• Credit Card (VISA)

A Credit Card withdrawal is limited to the total amount deposited using the Credit Card method.

If you desire another way of payment a Credit Card refund will be made up to the amount deposited. The winnings on top of this will be paid out as requested. Please regard that it could take a couple of days until the money arrives on your account.

We are unable to make credit card refunds on Master Cards due to their policy.

• Moneybookers

If you have an account with Moneybookers we can transfer funds there. You have to withdraw as much funds as you have deposited with Moneybookers before you can use any other withdrawal method.

• NETeller

If you have an account with NETeller we can transfer funds there. You have to withdraw as much funds as you have deposited with NETeller before you can use any other withdrawal method.

• Check

All checks are sent with registered mail. Normally you should receive the check within 7 days.

• WebMoney

If you have an account with WebMoney we can transfer funds there. You have to withdraw as much funds as you have deposited with WebMoney before you can use any other withdrawal method.
