• How do I sign up to be an affiliate?
To sign up as an affiliate with sunmaker, you first have to create a player account. After you login with your player details, click on the “Affiliate” link and fill out the form to sign up as our affiliate.

• How do I link my site to sunmaker?
When you sign up as an affiliate, you find the URL with the tracking code. This tracking code is unique to you and when players sign-up from your website we will know the source of the players.

• How can I know how much commission I have earned?
You can check your earned commissions online. Just login and click on the tab revenue and costs in the affiliate section of our website. These statistics are updated daily by 9am.

• How is my commission calculated?
Your poker commission is calculated every calendar month based on how much revenue your players have generated, with deductions for different bonuses and promotion costs during the month. The compensation model is the following:
Revenue per Month | Percentage of Commission |
up to 5.000 | 20 % |
5.001 – 12.000 | 25 % |
12.000 – 25.000 | 30 % |
25.001 and more | 35 % |
Example: If your customers have generated € 6500 during the month you will receive € 5000 x 0,20 + € 1 500 x 0,25 = € 1375 in commission which will be deposited to your affiliate account.

• How are affiliate payments made?
Affiliate payments are transferred into your player accounts.

• How can I pay out my revenue?
You can request a withdrawal on your player account after we have transferred it from your affiliate account.

• Are negative accruals carried over to the next month?
No! Negative accruals are not carried forward to the next month.

• Are there any withdrawal fees?
Each player is allowed one withdrawal free of charge every month, irrelevant of the amount withdrawn. For more frequent withdrawals the fee is 10 Euros for every transaction.
